Our Story
About kiss918apk —
Built for Malaysian Players
We started with a simple belief: Malaysian players deserve a better online casino experience. Faster withdrawals, fairer odds, local payment methods, and a platform that actually respects its users. That belief became kiss918apk.
The kiss918apk Story
kiss918apk was founded by a team of online gaming professionals with deep roots in the Malaysian market. We had spent years working across various international platforms and kept seeing the same problems: withdrawal delays that stretched into days, customer support that went quiet after office hours, and payment options that simply didn't reflect how Malaysians actually manage their money.
The platform was built from the ground up with Malaysian players in mind — not retrofitted from a European template. That distinction matters. It means the platform supports DuitNow, FPX, Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, and Hong Leong natively, not as an afterthought. It means our sportsbook covers Liga Super Malaysia alongside the EPL, UEFA Champions League, and UFC. It means our MYR deposit minimums start at RM50 — an accessible entry point that respects how our players actually budget.
"We built the platform we wished had existed when we were players ourselves."
Since launching, kiss918apk has grown into one of the most talked-about platforms among Malaysian online casino communities in Kuala Lumpur, Petaling Jaya, Penang, Johor Bahru, and Shah Alam. We are proud of that reputation — and we take it seriously. Every product decision, every new game provider partnership, and every support hire is measured against one question: does this make the experience better for our players?
Proudly Serving Malaysia
Our player base spans every major city in Malaysia — from the towers of Kuala Lumpur to the heritage streets of George Town, Penang. We understand the local payment landscape, the football culture, and the after-work gaming habits of our players because we are part of the same community.

Our Mission & Core Values
kiss918apk exists to provide Malaysian players with an online gaming environment that is fair, transparent, secure, and genuinely enjoyable. These are the values that guide every decision we make.
Transparency First
We publish RTP figures for all slot games, display clear wagering requirements on every bonus, and do not hide fees inside small print. If there is something you need to know before playing, we tell you upfront.
Speed & Reliability
Our infrastructure runs on redundant cloud systems with 99.9% uptime. Fast withdrawals are not a feature — they are a baseline standard. MYR payouts via DuitNow and Maybank process in under 5 minutes on average.
Player-First Culture
Every product update and every feature request is prioritised based on its impact on the player experience. We run regular player satisfaction surveys and act on the feedback — not just acknowledge it.
Responsible Gaming
We take problem gambling seriously. Every account has access to deposit limits, session reminders, cooling-off periods, and permanent self-exclusion. We enforce 21+ age verification through KYC, no exceptions.
Security & Privacy
Player data is protected by 256-bit SSL encryption. We never sell personal information to third parties. KYC documents are stored securely and accessed only for compliance and account verification purposes.
Game Fairness
All casino games on kiss918apk use certified Random Number Generators independently audited by third-party testing labs. No outcome is manipulated — every spin, every deal, and every roll is genuinely random.
Our Operational Pillars
Behind the games and the bonuses, kiss918apk runs on four core operational pillars that shape how we build, maintain, and grow the platform.
Technology Infrastructure
We invest continuously in server capacity, load balancing, and mobile optimisation so the platform stays fast and stable even during high-traffic periods like EPL matchdays or Liga Super Malaysia finals.
Game Provider Partnerships
kiss918apk partners with internationally recognised game studios to ensure a broad, regularly refreshed game library. Game quality, RTP certification, and mobile compatibility are prerequisites for every provider we onboard.
Payment Processing
Our payments team negotiates directly with Malaysian banking partners and e-wallet providers to keep deposit and withdrawal processing as fast and friction-free as possible for players across Peninsular and East Malaysia.
Compliance & Player Safety
We operate under international online gaming licensing frameworks and maintain internal compliance teams responsible for KYC verification, AML monitoring, and responsible gambling program management.
Our Commitment to Malaysian Players
kiss918apk is not a global platform that happens to accept Malaysian Ringgit. We are a platform built specifically for the Malaysian market, and that distinction shows up in everything from our payment integrations to our customer support team's working hours, which are aligned with Malaysian Standard Time (UTC+8).
Football is a way of life for millions of Malaysians, and our sportsbook reflects that. We cover Liga Super Malaysia, FA Cup Malaysia, and Premier League Malaysia alongside the EPL, La Liga, Bundesliga, and Champions League — with competitive Asian handicap lines and live in-play betting on all major matches.
We also recognise the importance of responsible gaming in the Malaysian context. Our platform enforces a strict 21+ age requirement, and we encourage any player who feels their gambling is becoming a problem to use our self-exclusion tools or seek help from professional support resources.
- MYR-native deposits and withdrawals — all balances displayed in Malaysian Ringgit with no hidden conversion fees.
- 12 Malaysian-relevant payment methods — DuitNow, FPX, Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong, Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, plus BTC, ETH, and USDT.
- Liga Super Malaysia sportsbook coverage — live odds, Asian handicap lines, and in-play betting for every Liga Super match alongside EPL and international fixtures.
- UTC+8 support hours — our live chat and email support teams operate on Malaysian time, not a distant time zone.
- RM50 minimum deposit — an accessible entry point that does not require a large upfront commitment from new players.
- Responsible gambling tools built in — deposit limits, self-exclusion, session time reminders, and cooling-off periods available to every registered player at no cost.
- 21+ age enforcement — strict KYC verification at registration using IC or passport. No exceptions, no workarounds.
- Player funds segregation — your MYR balance is held in a dedicated account separate from the company's operational funds, protecting your money at all times.
Supported Payment Methods
We support all the payment methods Malaysians actually use — from everyday e-wallets to direct bank transfers and cryptocurrency.
