Account Eligibility

Registration & KYC Verification

When registering an account on kiss918apk, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information. Any registration using false information, including a false name, date of birth, email address, or payment details, constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in account closure and forfeiture of any Balance held.

4.1 — KYC Documents Required

5.3 — Processing Times

Deposits are credited to the player's account promptly upon confirmation from the payment provider. 5.4 — Currency

5.5 — Withdrawal Conditions

Bonuses & Promotions

Gameplay Rules

7.1 — Malfunctions and Technical Errors

7.2 — Sports Betting

In-play bets voided by an event cancellation will be refunded at stake. The Platform reserves the right to refuse or limit any bet at its discretion.

7.3 — Palpable Errors

In the event of a manifest or obvious error in posted odds or game payouts (a "palpable error"), kiss918apk reserves the right to void affected bets and refund stakes. This applies regardless of whether the bet has already been confirmed as settled by the system.

Prohibited Conduct

• Exploiting software bugs or errors to gain an unfair advantage — such bugs must be reported to support immediately;

Responsible Gambling

Limitation of Liability

Account Termination

Upon termination for reasons other than breach or fraud, any verified real-money balance remaining in the account will be returned to the player via the original payment method. Bonus funds and any winnings derived exclusively from bonus funds will be forfeited upon termination where there has been a breach of these Terms.

Players may close their own accounts at any time by contacting support. Closure does not affect any outstanding obligations owed to the Platform, including any withdrawal holds pending investigation.

Amendments to These Terms

kiss918apk reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time.
